Plants are living beings. Expect some imperfections as every living thing has them.
When shipped, plants can experience yellowing leaves and shipping stress. This is very
normal and your plant will rebound from this.
We pack our plants like how we would want to receive them. We use polyfill, shipping
paper, and domes to protect the plants as much as possible for their trip. In the winter
months, we offer insulation and heat packs for extra protection for a small fee as these
supplies get quite expensive.
We highly recommend at MINIMUM 2 day UPS shipping as this is the best way to
guarantee a safe arrival for your plants. We understand that shipping rates are
expensive and we try our best to find the best rates possible. Please consider upgraded
shipping as an investment to get your plant to arrive in the best condition possible!
If there are any issues with your order please reach out immediately. We are happy to
work with you to find resolutions but we cannot help if there are no pictures or videos of
the plant so please document any issues with arrival. All sales are final but we want our
customers to be satisfied so please reach out so we can work with you.
*Note* We use beneficial bugs for pest prevention so you might find a hitchhiker on your
plant. They will not harm your plants!
